Dear Lightmoor Residents,
Please report incidents directly to the Police.
If something happens in your neighbourhood that requires police attention, please make sure you report it directly to the police rather than relying on the Estates & Stewardship team to pass the information on.
Whilst the team can support residents and help address concerns within the village, they are not a substitute for reporting incidents to the police. Reporting only to Bournville Village Trust can result in delays and may mean vital information is not received when it is most needed. Making the report yourself ensures that the information reaches the right people quickly and that the incident is recorded.
Even if you think the police may already know about an issue, your report could provide important information that could contribute to building an accurate picture of issues affecting the community.
