Man wanted on recall to prison.

While on cycle patrol this morning, PCSO Kev Tudge of the Pickersleigh and Chase Safer Neighbourhood Police Team, Malvern, located a man who was wanted on recall to prison.

PCSO Tudge was able to engage with the man while awaiting support from Neighbourhood Officers, who attended minutes later to arrest the man.

The man who is 30 years of age, is also wanted on suspicion of committing several shop thefts, both in Malvern and Worcester.

Police locating and arresting those wanted on recall to prison is crucial for the protection of the public and victims of crime, as well as for the prevention of further offending.
