Previously we have sent out a Confidence and Satisfaction Survey to gauge the publics thoughts and feelings on ASB, Crime and Police presence in the hot spots. It has been designed by Strategic Performance and Insight and has been a good means of helping assessing the effectiveness of hot spots policing.
