A 16-year-old male has been issued a Section 59 Warning and the relevant agencies updated after he was riding an off-road bike. 

On Saturday 17th January a report was received of an off-road bike being ridden in Woodside. PCSO Tom Uttley and PCSO Josh Wall from the Brookside Safer Neighbourhood Team attended the area and stopped the male in Willowfield. 

Under section 59 of the police reform act, officers can issue a warning to drivers or riders who are using a vehicle in a way that causes alarm, distress or annoyance to the public.
