Can you help us identify this person?

Police are looking for witnesses following an incident that happened at BARNETTS CLOSE, KIDDERMINSTER, on the 06/10/2025 whereby a man was bitten by a dog. The dog has been described to be a 'white terrier', and its owner, a white male with, long dark hair.
