Oswestry Balloon Festival

PCSO Iremonger from Oswestry Central Safer Neighbourhood Team will be patrolling the Balloon Festival in Cae Glas Park, Oswestry. Whilst having a walk around, i was asked if i would to hold an Owl. Could not turn down thus experience from The Owl Man. And lastly, I could not resist having a Donut.
