Don't forget Wellington Town Council have arranged an VE event today from 10am till 3pm located in Market Square, Wellington, TF1 

"Wellington Town Council will host a day of music and entertainment in Wellington Market Square to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of VE Day.
Kerry Jones, 40’s singer, will perform alongside the ToriArts Lindy Hop dancers, Wellington (Telford) Brass Band and Whittingham Dance. Complimentary chips, cupcakes and flags will be available for visitors who can also enjoy vintage vehicles, and footage of local memories.
Beginning at 10am with a proclamation from our Town Crier accompanied by the Apley Piper the fun will continue until 3pm"
