Can you help us identify this person?

We’d like to speak to this individual as part of an investigation into some suspicious circumstances, where door handles on cars have been tried on TAYBERRY CLOSE, Pershore.

The incident happened between 0300 and 0400hrs on 21st April.

We appreciate the image isn't the clearest due to capturing on Ring doorbell, but someone may recognise from the clothing or stance of the individual.
