Suspicious Circumstances Hopwood

We would like to make the community aware of a suspicious incident which took place yesterday (22/01/2022) at around 06:20pm last night. A van was left unlocked on the drive of a property on Lea End Lane, Hopwood and the owners have reported someone coming on to their drive and looking through the van.

Nothing was taken. Please ensure when leaving your vehicle unattended it is left locked and secure at all times even if it is in close proximity to your home. 

We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
