Can you help us identify this dog?

We would like to speak to the owner of the dog (pictured below) as part of an investigation on Buckingham Crescent/St James Crescent in Stirchley.  The dog has been seen roaming the streets alone without a lead or a collar and described as being a grey colour with clipped tan ears and tail docked. 

The incident happened between 08:00 to 08:15am on 20/03/2024.
